About Haven Personal Care Services

Haven Personal Care Services is a licensed non-medical home care agency serving individuals throughout Clark County, Nevada. We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality Personal Care Services (PCS) and Respite Care that help our clients remain safe and independent in their homes.

We are seeking a motivated and professional Community Care Liaison to help expand our community presence, build referral relationships, and support client growth throughout the Las Vegas area.

Job Summary
The Community Care Liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to promote Haven’s services and generate new client referrals. This position represents the agency in the community, participates in outreach activities, and helps educate prospective clients and referral partners about our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, assisted living facilities, senior centers, and other referral sources.
  • Represent Haven at community events, networking meetings, health fairs, and outreach activities.
  • Promote the agency’s Personal Care Services and Respite Care programs.
  • Educate prospective clients, families, and referral partners about agency services.
  • Assist with developing marketing materials and community outreach initiatives.
  • Support referral tracking and maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities.
  • Monitor community opportunities to increase agency visibility and referral growth.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve agency growth goals.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, business development, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally throughout the Las Vegas area.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with home care, home health, hospice, healthcare, senior services, or community organizations.
  • Established relationships within the Las Vegas healthcare community are a plus.
